Promotional Images Inc. was founded in 1986 by John Connelly, who began the business with a single embroidery machine in a two-car garage. Driven by a deep commitment to hard work and inspired by his father’s guiding words, “Do what you say you’re going to do,” John dedicated himself to building a company grounded in trust and excellence.
Through relentless effort and a passion for innovation, the business flourished, expanding to several embroidery machines and, in December 1994, moving from its humble beginnings in Kenmore to a larger 6,500-square-foot facility on Walden Avenue in Lancaster, New York.
Today, Promotional Images thrives with an elite and dedicated team and the unwavering loyalty of clients who value our integrity and commitment.
